This robust and easy to clean SATAjet 1000 B Lignum Spray Gun is tailor-made for the wood-working industry. Its comprehensive selection of nozzle setups ranges from 0.8 to 3.0, giving the end user a full variety to suit the work they do. The large selection of nozzle setups allows you to spray different paint materials from low-Viscosity wood stains, single stage materials and clearcoats to thick film stains, glues and thixotropic materials.

The first liner cup made by SATA for SATA – fits all spray guns with a QCC connection (Quick Cup Connector). The adapter is no longer required, and there are many additional advantages: a more favourable centre of gravity, easier cleaning, lower weight, less damage to the spray gun.

The lid closes extremely securely: It locks reliably and shows at a glance that it is correctly secured in place. The premium strainers are manufactured and tested separately – this ensures that no particles remain in the sieve. The SATA LCS is the first choice for all professionals in the painting trade who like liner cups – and appreciate SATA quality.

Do you have highest expectations concerning the performance of your paint spray gun, but prefer working with liner cups? In this case, you need an adapter to mount it on your SATA spray gun. We have now eliminated the need for this interim solution – and offer you even more on top.

Particle-free: the premium strainers

Quality is evident in the detail: The strainers of the LCS are manufactured separately in top quality – and tested. They are only clicked into the lid just before painting. This ensures that no paint-disturbing particles impair the final result.

Stays in place: the safety lock

The lid on your LCS cup closes extremely securely: the quadruple bayonet reliably locks in place – and shows at a glance that it is correctly secured.

In the flow – down to the last drop: extra soft liner

The liner itself, i.e. the inner cup, is made of extra soft and thin material. It collapses particularly easily and thus enables an easy and even material flow.

For easy mixing: the SATA scale system

SATA as we know it: the complete and detailed scale system. Tried and tested and precise. An upside-down scale shows the remaining quantity during painting.

Crystal clear: the hard cup

Liner Cups?

There are two different types of flow cups for paint spray guns. With the so-called vented cups, the material simply flows towards the colour channel due to gravity – the cups have a vent so that no vacuum forms.

For vented cups, we offer RPS as the smartest solution for perfect finishes available on the market. Die-hard users of liner cups instead will now also find the best solution at SATA.

Liner cups consist of two components. The outer cup (hard cup), which is reused, and the soft inner cup, the liner. When pulling the trigger of the paint spray gun, a vacuum is created inside the inner cup which gradually collapses until completely empty. This ensures the constant flow of paint material.

Ergonomics

 

With its new, ergonomically shaped handle, the spray gun is perfectly balanced. All adjustment elements can be safely operated even when wearing gloves. Furthermore, the design of the round/flat spray control is geared to the SATAminijet 3000 B. The spray gun is sturdy and long-lasting; the spray fan can be exactly adjusted with a 3/4 turn only.

 

Enhanced durability

 

The spray gun body is equipped with a corrosion-resistant chrome surface. The sturdy air cap is made of chrome-plated brass; the paint needle and fluid tip are made of tempered stainless steel. The trigger protects the paint needle from overspray during painting, thus prolonging the lifetime of the paint needle seal. The air piston rod has been especially reinforced. All these features result in an extended spray gun lifetime.

The SATA 4400 minijet B HVLP allows the use of all three RPS cup sizes. Furthermore, the large connection makes the cleaning of the material passages extremely safe and easy.
