The Anest Iwata LPH80 spot repair gun has been designed and developed after a request from one of Europe’s largest car manufacturers.

This remarkable, small, easy to handle gun has been such a success in OEM that it is now available to the general industry, and as part of the launch of the LPH80.

Spray pattern ranges from 1.6 inch round pattern to a full 5.5 inch fan pattern, making the LPH-80 perfect for coating small pieces, spot repair, blending, shading, and touch-ups

• Lightweight and compact, the LPH-80 is great for small surfaces and tight spaces that can be difficult with full size guns
• Using only 1.8 cfm at 13 psi, this low-air-consumption gun provides high atomization with precise control of the spray pattern with very little overspray

Atomisation Technology

Whether spraying at 0.2bar/3psi to 1.0bar/14.5psi the atomisation of the LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) LPH80 stays consistent and uniform which is essential for achieving a successful small spot repair on both base and clears.

Fan Pattern

The LPH80 flat fan pattern distributes the fluid evenly meaning its never centre wet. This gives you an easy to blend application allowing smaller areas to be successfully repaired whilst still achieving excellent right first time colour match results.

Ergonomics

The LPH80’s compact size and 250g weight combined with the outstanding ergonomic body make the LPH80 ideal for long and productive days of spraying.
