Introducing the DV1 Clearcoat Spray Gun: the latest addition to the DV1 family of revolutionary spray guns. This gun provides consistency and optimization in spraying the leading clearcoats in the market today.

DV1 Clearcoat Spray gun features the all-new DV1-C1 PLUS Clearcoat Air Cap, delivering superior high efficiency performance for a flawless finish. This air cap distributes even, super-fine particles in a consistent, homogeneous pattern to lay the clear flat, allowing painters to easily wet up a surface while minimizing runs and sags on vertical panels. The all-new fluid tip design increases fluid flow while stabilizing air flow, minimizing material usage and providing significant paint savings.

With a new black matte finish, the DV1 Clearcoat boasts a better grip for easy handling, ensuring maximum comfort on the job, while providing more power for higher productivity.

Air Cap

Select the best DV1 Clearcoat air cap based on your paint application , C1+ and C2+ clearcoat air caps provide the right finish with the perfect film build to produce a fine, mirror finish every time.

C1+ Air Cap

The C1+ is a slower, controlled application and it is easy to get a flat, glasslike finish – ideal for lower viscosity clears.

Fan Length = 320-325mm

Air Consumption = 285 l/min (10 CFM)

C2+ Air Cap

The C2+ has a faster application speed and it is easier to achieve an OEM finish with – ideal for higher viscosity clears.

Fan Length = 310mm

Air Consumption = 320 l/min (11.3 CFM)
