This 4:1 filler is a high solid primer filler for car and truck refinish with high filling power hiding panel imperfections and deep scratches, the high build primer requires the Quartz Filler Primer Hardener (1L) Search for part no;
(80800) – Extra Fast
(80810) – Slow
(80805) – Standard
Has excellent adhesion, high corrosion protection is fast drying, very easy to sand and you can wet or dry sand.
Application
- Conventional guns: 1.5-2.0 mm nozzle, 3-5 bar hose pressure, 15-20% standard 2K acrylic thinner
- HVLP: 1.7-2.2 mm nozzle, 2-3 bar hose pressure, 0.7 bar nozzle pressure, 5 % standard 2K acrylic thinner
- 1-2 spray passes, total film build 60-90 μm dry film
- Number of passes would depend on surface and finish required.

- Drying at 21°C: Touchable after 30 min. Sanding after 3-5 hours (dry sanding P400)
- Drying at 60°C: 20-30 min. at 60°c object temperature. Sanding right after cooling down (dry sanding P400)

Our opinion – A great spray gun for applying polyester filler with a low overspray that considerably reduces masking and sanding.Prep materials such as primer, filler and spray putty fulfil an important function within the paint process. Therefore, particular attention must be paid to the application of these materials, using a dedicated primer spray gun.
